	Where are your import services offered? We offer our services nationwide. Our service is basically a "door to door" service and we take care of everything from the time you place an order to the factory in China until the products arrive at your warehouse. .
	How much do you charge for your services? We do not charge any fees for our services. We are paid directly by the factories in China. .
	What are the minimum order requirements? We can only ship full container loads. We ship 20ft containers (1000cu. ft.), 40ft containers (2000 cu. ft.) and 40ft HQ containers (2300 cu. ft.) .
	What is your lead time for manufacturing my order? This depends on the time of year and the quantities. The average time is 30 days. .


	How long will it take for my container to arrive to my warehouse? It usually takes about two weeks to arrive to the west coast and four weeks to arrive to the east coast. Customs clearance and inland trucking will add a few more days. .
	How much does it cost to ship my container to me? Depending on the time of year, the size of the container and which port you choose, the freight charges will vary from $4000 to $6000. Our freight forwarder will always negotiate the best rate for you. .
	How do I pay for the goods I import? You pay by wire transfer. Usually the factory will require a 30% deposit and the balance will be due when we present you with original shipping documents that verify the goods are on board the vessel and the goods are consigned to you. .
	How can I be assured of the quality of my goods? First, we only work with the most reputable factories in China that stand behind their quality. We use our own inspectors that will visit the factory at various stages of production to insure quality.
