My name is Don Warren, President and Founder of Sino
Exchange. Before
2003, I had been traveling to China for over twenty years
as a sales representative for several Chinese toy factories
selling to U.S. customers. In that time, I had the chance to
experience and learn just about everything there is to
know about doing business in China. I also had the chance
to meet my wife and partner in Sino Exchange, Samantha.
Born in Hong Kong, Samantha speaks three languages,
Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Samantha also spent over fifteen
years in the Chinese export business and fully understands
the Chinese side of the business. In
addition, we travel to China often and spend up to eight
weeks a year there with our support team which helps us
ensure quality and the timely delivery of your goods.
Everything
we do is through experience, everyone there will tell you
no problem to just about anything you ask. It takes
experience to make sure there aren't any problems and at
Sino Exchange we provide just that.
